Cappy’s Café opened in 1981.We started as a small corner bar with big dreams. Cappy’s Café has evolved and is more than your Neighborhood Bar these days. We are a full-service restaurant with Café Seating, Large Screen TVs for the Big Game and Free WIFI. As a Walnut Street tradition that has lasted almost 3 decades we have watched the face of Shadyside change. The one constant has been our goal to serve our customers good food and great drinks at an affordable price. We pride ourselves in taking care of the people that visit us each day.
